I'll start off by saying in my opinion a dentist ,dental hygienist , assistant, secretary, or even helping file claims , right on down to answering the phones and making every person feel heard is such a difficult thing to do in this profession but on the other side of the towing is so vital to people lives .nobody ever wants to really go to the dentist and in my experience people wait to the last minute sometimes to the point where the problem and the pain needs to be dealt with right away.. I feel likei it's a love hate kind of relationship.. with that being said I had cracked one of my molars all the way in the back of my mouth it was broken off into a point and was cutting my tongue.. I made a couple phone calls I think the closest appointment I could find was 2 weeks out.. I called Aspen dental in the morning 2 hours later I was in the office x-rays game plan and a plan of action... They told me to extract that tooth it was going to be over $500 which I did not have and excruciating things.. baby assured me not to panic we're going to figure this out together in 2 minutes they help me apply for Care credit which was really simple and painless.. to help me figure out a budget p

I had a good journey of doing my transplants at Aspen Dental Harrisburg. The staff were amazing. The dentist was on top of his game. I can smile again and sing without feeling embarrassed with missing teeth. Thank you a bunch Aspen Dental Harrisburg!

I needed my front teeth bonded, however the dentists both suggested crowns due to my underlying weak teeth. So I agreed to crowns. Had the best dentist. She listened to me and did them the way I wanted them. She even put a rush on the crowns. I am so happy with my smile now. Aspen dental.went above and beyond. Give them a try!!!

I’m still fairly new to Aspen Dental, so I’m still trying to be patient and give them grace. My experience hasn’t been bad but could be a little better. Almost everytime I’m there I’m waiting over 20-30 mins passed my appointment time. And recently I got a permanent crown that came off only 5 months after putting in. I’m still holding out for hope things get better. Just haven’t been overly satisfied recently.

Office staff called with wrong appointment time. No callback to 3 messages asking for different antibiotic because of stomach upset. On 4th call, staff answered phone and I got needed antibiotic. Phone tree won’t let you hold. Call cuts off. Dentist other than endontist, never introduced himself, never even made eye contact. Worst of all, didn’t use numbing gel prior to shots of novacaine. Crown looks/feels good. Dr. Khandhadiya is outstanding!! Assistants were nice. Would never go back except Aspen is only provider taking my insurance for root canals.
